Attorney Wilton Marble earned his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2009, his Masters’ of Social Science Education from Florida State University in 1999 and his Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of West Florida. While at the Nashville School of Law Mr. Marble was an active member of the National Mock Trial Team, participated in Moot Court and interned with the Davidson County District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Marble has been practicing in the Cleveland, Tennessee area since being licensed to practice law in 2009. Mr. Marble has handled a wide variety of cases and specializes in custody, DCS and termination of parental rights cases. Mr. Marble has battled the State of Tennessee Department of Childrens’ Services and actually won termination of parental rights cases at the trial court and appellate court levels. Mr. Marble has argued such cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court. One of Mr. Marble’s proudest moments was when the attorney for DCS declared him to be a “thorn in my side”.
